Eden Development Company launches its first project “E one Business Complex” in the new administrative capital in the Downtown.
Dr. Ahmed Hindi, the executive director of Eden Development Company, said that the E one Business Complex in the Downtown area is located directly on the eastern axis, near the North Bin Zayed Road, the Al-Monorail Station and Misr Mosque.
The project includes commercial, administrative and medical units in addition to 4 underground parking floors and the ceiling of commercial units in the ground floor reaches 6 meters, making them one of the most special units in the project, he added.
It is noteworthy that Eden Development is an Egyptian joint stock company that has expertise in the real estate market since 1982 and has completed about 365 projects in 13 diverse fields in over 7 foreign countries with foreign investments hitting 30 million dollars.
